The college has a placement cell which plays a crucial role in shaping the career of the students. It works to ensure so that the recruitment process becomes successful for all the students every year. It lays high importance on technical and non-technical pre-placement training, which prepares to excel the recruitment processes. Students are trained to develop their skills to handle interviews in the best possible manner.

Training and Placement Cell at MID aims at making students industry-ready with practical applications along with regular academics. Participants are given a platform to visualize both academic and theoretical concepts through practical examples and market surveys.

The Placement Cell also conducts frequent industrial visits so that the students are exposed to various practices and can get acquainted with it. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programmes. The placement cell emerges as a helpful department as it provides every possible support needed.

MID stretches out its fullest assistance co-operation and support to the final year students for suitable placement in different renewed companies.

The T & P cells continuously and effectively coordinates the various industries and organisations for the placements of our students.

The cell organizes various type of summer internship and webinar for final and pre-final year students to provide them with hands on experience and introducing them to match the professional environment.

The department also provides counselling to students about placement opportunities and maintaining contact with all industrial organizations for further placement purposes.

Almost all the deserving students get placed even before they complete their course. It is so because of its quality academics, industry exposure and rigorous training for placement by the experts from Industries and academia.

MID adopted an academic practice that provides for enhanced learning opportunities through the co-operation with various industries, business houses, and counterpart institutions. It is pride that our graduates are highly rated by employers from IT Industry as well Core Industry.

Students are also given an opportunity to work on live projects in both government and non-government firms. The college has recorded a high percentage of placements in all the branches of engineering, management and other allied streams which has been the main attraction for students.

At present, the competition for employment is increasing every day and placement has become a challenging task. Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary. To meet out these requirements, a fully-fledged training cell is operating in our college to enhance the capabilities of engineering graduates at par with the industry standards.
